Whether the applicants’ complaint, which concerned the bombing of the Radio Televizije Srbije building in the territory of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia by NATO forces and relied on Articles 2, 10 and 13 of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms (‘European Convention on Human Rights’, ‘ECHR’), was admissible.
