Whether freedom of thought, conscience, and religion, as enshrined in Article 9 of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms (‘European Convention on Human Rights’, ‘ECHR’), extends to freedom to persuade others to join one’s religion.
