Whether a dispute existed between Cambodia and Thailand as to the meaning or scope of the Court’s 1962 Judgment on the temple of Preah Vihear.

Whether the rights claimed by Cambodia in relation to its sovereignty in the area of the temple of Preah Vihear were plausible and whether a link existed between these rights and the request for interpretation of the 1962 Judgment.

Whether the military activity in the area constituted a real and imminent risk of irreparable prejudice to the rights claimed by Cambodia, and what type of provisional measures would be appropriate.
