Whether the application of a Polish law of 14 July 1920, and the attitude of the Polish Government towards the Oberschlesische Stickstoffwerke Co and the Bayerische Stickstoffwerke Co, which owned land and operated a factory, respectively, in the Chorzów region of Poland, contradicted Article 6 of the Convention Relating to Upper Silesia (Germany/Poland), (Geneva, 15 May 1922) (the ‘Convention’).

Whether the intention of the Polish Government to liquidate certain rural estates was consistent with Articles 6–22 of the Convention.
