Fyodor Fyodorovich Martens (also known as Friedrich Fromhold von Martens, 1845–1909) was the foremost Russian international lawyer of the Tsarist period. As professor of international law at St Petersburg University, he authored a number of influential texts on international law that were translated in a number of foreign languages.
