This chapter first discusses the implementation of the Dispute Settlement Body's (DSB) recommendations and rulings. It then covers remedies in cases of successful non-violation and situation complaints; recommendations and suggestions by panels and the Appellate Body regarding the implementation of DSB decisions; lex specialis remedies; prompt compliance and the reasonable period of time; compliance review pursuant to Dispute Settlement Understanding (DSU) Article 21.5; enforcement measures pursuant to DSU Article 22; and compliance following the adoption of countermeasures.
