1 The notion of framework agreement is not used in the relevant provisions of the European Social Dialogue (‘ESD’). In Article 155(1) Treaty on European Union (TEU) it is stated that the dialogue between management and labour at European Union (EU or ‘Union’) level may lead to contractual relations, including agreements.
