On 1 August 2017, the Parties were informed that, pursuant to Section 20.1 of Procedural Order No. 1, the President of the Tribunal was available on 18 August 2017 to hold a prehearing organizational call (the “ Pre-Hearing Call ”) with the Parties to resolve any outstanding procedural, administrative or logistical matter in preparation for the Hearing on Expedited Objections (the “ Hearing ”).
