(“PL Holdings” or “Claimant”) is a company incorporated under the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg (“Luxembourg”).1 It is a 100% subsidiary of Abris CEE Mid-Market Fund L.P. (“Abris CEE”), which is in turn a subsidiary of Abris Capital Partners Fund I (“Abris Fund I”), among the largest private equity funds in Central and Eastern Europe.
