Whether a state violated Articles 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, and 25 of the American Convention on Human Rights (‘ACHR’) in connection with Articles 1(1) and 2 of the ACHR, as well as Article 1 of the Inter-American Convention on the Forced Disappearance of Persons with respect to the forced disappearance of an individual.

Whether a state violated Articles 5, 8, and 25 of the ACHR in connection with Articles 1(1) and 2 of the ACHR, with respect to an individual’s family members.
