Whether the Trial Chamber should reconsider its decision rejecting a Defence request for adjournment of the start of a trial on the basis of new or previously unavailable information in terms of the accused’s fitness to stand trial.

Whether the Trial Chamber had erred by providing inadequate and unproportionate time and opportunities to a Defence to conduct investigations, therefore failing to ensure equality of arms.
