This chapter discusses the funding of the claims process. Topics covered include the costs of running the Claims Process; the roles, if any, that Secretariat staff and decision-makers play in establishing periodic budgets; the source(s) of funds to pay for the expenses of the Claims Process as a whole; and whether an outside auditor is employed to audit the claims process.
