Oxford Reports on International Trade Law Decisions
Overview
Oxford Reports on International Trade Law compiles and analyses key judgments of the WTO and regional trade organizations like NAFTA, EFTA, ASEAN, and MERCOSUR from the perspective of international law. Each report includes the full text of the judgment, an overview of the facts and the panel or tribunal’s conclusion, and detailed analysis.
Written by a team of experts in international trade law, including many practitioners, the headnotes explain the importance of each case and its wider impact. Through the Oxford Law Citator, case reports are seamlessly linked to reports from other jurisdictions, primary materials, and doctrine. Updated regularly with new cases, the module will be hugely valuable to everyone working in or studying international law, dispute settlement, and international trade.
