1 The Arab Court of Human Rights (‘ArabCtHR’), which was first proposed by Bahrain in 2011 (International Federation for Human Rights, 2013, 17), has yet to come into existence. The authority for establishing the Court is provided for by the Statute of the Arab Court of Human Rights (‘Statute’ or ‘ArabCtHR Statute’).
