International Environmental Law Collection
March 3, 2020
As the impact of climate change is felt with increasing severity around the world, the question of whether the framework of international law can address the challenges of environmental protection and the need for global cooperation is more important than ever.
In light of this, we have made available a selection of 14 articles from the Max Planck Encyclopedia of International Procedural Law that examine the international organizations, historical context, and existing compliance mechanisms involved in international environmental law. The collection covers subjects from climate change litigation to the Aarhus Convention.
