Introducing the new General Editor of MPEPIL

Professor Anne Peters, the director at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law, takes over as the General editor of the Max Planck Encyclopedia of Public International Law from Professor Rüdiger Wolfrum.
