Whether the law regulating the registration of titles of periodicals on the basis of their ‘inconsistency with reality’, or truth, was formulated with sufficient precision so that the interference with freedom of expression was ‘prescribed by law’ within the meaning of Article 10(2) of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms (‘European Convention on Human Rights’).
