14.1 The diplomatic body (corps diplomatique) comprises the heads and the diplomatic staff of all the missions accredited to a particular receiving State. The term has also been used to denote only the heads of diplomatic missions, though the wider sense of the term is more usual. The corps diplomatique has no legal personality or formal constitution.
