Nadler Karl and others v. Director of Public Prosecution, Control Commission Courts established under CCL No. 10, British Court of Appeals sitting in Germany, 30 September 1948, in Control Commission Courts, Court of Appeal Reports, Criminal Cases (1947), 130–136.
