Various provisions of the Statute set out the arrangements for conducting the trial, the presentation of means of evidence by the parties and its conclusion by a verdict on guilt and, where appropriate, penalty. All these provisions, considered below, have to be considered in relation to those regarding the powers and prerogatives of the Trial Chamber.
