1 The Belgian Centre for Arbitration and Mediation (‘CEPANI’), the best-known arbitration institution in Belgium, was created in 1969 at the initiative of the Belgian Federation of Enterprises (‘VBO/FEB’) and the Belgian National Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) with a dual role.
