1 The Asian International Arbitration Centre (‘AIAC’) is acknowledged as the first Arbitration Centre established in Asia (Rajoo, 2020). It facilitates and offers various assistance in the administration of arbitral proceedings, covering different facets of arbitration, ie the enforcement of awards and setting aside of awards.
