Whether Sweden, in granting three exploitation concessions for open-pit mines to a private mining company in the authors’ traditional territory without their consultation violated Article 5(d)(v) of the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (‘ICERD’).

Whether the State party breached the authors’ right to equal treatment before the tribunals and all other organs administering justice violating the Article 5(a) of the ICERD.

Whether the State party fulfilled its obligations under the Article 6 of the ICERD to ensure respect for the authors’ right to obtain judicial review by the Sweden Supreme Administrative Court and adequate compensation for any damage suffered as a result of granting the mining concessions in their traditional territory.
