1 In Peru – Agricultural Products, the Dispute Settlement Body (‘DSB’) of the World Trade Organization (WTO) dealt with the compatibility of a national price stabilization mechanism with Art. 4.2 Agreement on Agriculture, as well as with Art. II:1 (b) General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (‘GATT’ or ‘GATT 1994’) (General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade [1947 and 1994]).
