Comment:

Dumont, Corps Universel Diplomatique du Droit des Gens, vol. VIII, Part I, p. 415, takes the French text of this, the Peace of Rastadt, from Actes et Mémoires de la Paix d'Utrecht, vol. V, p. 341, referring also to the official print made by Fournier in Paris in 1714 and to another feuille volante, printed at The Hague by Guillaume de Voys. The text appears also in Lünig, Teutsches Reichs-Archiv, Pars Generalis, Continuatio II, p. 1075, Zinck, Ruhe des jetzt lebenden Europa, Part I, p. 281, these versions including, as does Dumont's, the three Separate Articles and the Imperial and French ratifications. An English version including the Separate Articles is to be found in Generall Collection of Treatys, vol. IV, p. 358. Extracts are printed in Schmauss, Corpus Juris Publici S.R. Imperii Academicum, p. 1255, D'Hauterive et De Cussy, Recueil des Traités de Commerce etc., vol. I, p. 34, and Angeberg, Recueil des Traités concernant l'Autriche et l'Italie, p. 59, as well as in Vast, Les Grands Traités du Règne de Louis XIV, p. 162.
