Whether, under Article 92 of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court read together with Sections 32 and 33 of the International Crimes Act, any other individual or authority, apart from the International Criminal Court (‘ICC’) and the state concerned, could implement instructions from the Pre-Trial Chamber of the International Criminal Court in terms of applying for a warrant of arrest.

Whether an individual or an organization had standing before Kenyan courts to claim the implementation of an international warrant of arrest issued by the pre-trial Chamber of the ICC.
