Whether the provisional detention of Khieu Samphan complied with the conditions for detention contained in Internal Rule 63(3) of the Internal Rules of the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia.

Whether the conditions in Internal Rule 63(3) continued to be met so as to justify extension of Khieu Samphan’s provisional detention by a period of one year pursuant to Internal Rule 63(6)(a).

Whether the Co-Investigating Judges had properly exercised their discretion in refusing to grant release of Khieu Samphan and in extending provisional detention for a period of one year.
