To what extent the first accused had been lawfully arraigned under the consolidated indictment and whether a consolidated indictment could validly add new factual allegations to existing counts.

Whether service of an indictment on counsel amounted to service on the accused person and whether that was sufficient in law for the purposes of arraignment.

Whether two indictments could be valid against an accused person, and to what extent that was contrary to the rule of law against double jeopardy according to Article 9(1) of the Statute of the Special Court for Sierra Leone.
